Introduction

The Liberal Studies curriculum consists of six modules which cover human conditions in the contemporary world. Since the six modules are not independent subjects, when teaching a module, teachers should guide students to apply the knowledge and perspectives gained from other modules (as well as from other New Senior Secondary subjects) in a module that is being studied, so as to develop students' ability to connect knowledge across modules as well as across subjects.

The links across modules provided below aim to enhance teachers' understanding of how relevant concepts of a certain module can be connected meaningfully with those of other modules, thus providing teachers with insights and possible directions for exploration in the formulation of cross-modular topics or teaching plans.
